What do I get with a MY World canvas print?		Gallery wrapped and then shrink wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
How much is delivery?		We have negotiated an extremely competitive courier rate of only $7.50 (per canvas) for anywhere in NZ.
When will I receive my canvas?		3 - 6 working days after full payment is received
What size and format should my files be?		Ideally Jpeg, tiff or png. 150-300 pixels per inch. The higher resolution the better.
Will my canvas look the same as the image on my screen?		Unfortunately as all monitors have different settings we cannot guarantee the colour match of your canvas. Images can also slightly vary due to scaling variations.
How long do My World prints last?		70 years or more if correct care is taken.
How do I look after my canvas?		Do not expose to direct sunlight or moisture. A light vacuum with a brush attachment is suggested.
Can I supply my original other than digitally?		If you can’t scan your original and provide a digital format we can do this for you at a minimal extra $10 fee. Please send your print to this address in a safe waterproof envelope or courier bag along with a stamped addressed return envelope. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss.

Is my information kept private?		We do not pass your information onto any third parties.
What credit cards do you accept?		Mastercard and Visa
Can you deliver to a different address?		You can enter a different delivery address when placing your order.
Who holds the copyright of my image?		Simply by sending us your image you are confirming that you are the copyright owner or have written permission from the copyright owner. This therefore permits us to print your order.

Whats the difference between heavy & light canvas?          The heavy is textured and the light is a smooth finish.
